As part of the initial campaign planning, we create a PR Planning Model. In this we identify Key Performance Indicators. These are agreed up front with the client and reviewed on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Key Performance Indicators differ campaign by campaign but can include the value of earned media, public service announcements, web traffic, social media, public opinion, customer and volunteer feedback and sales information.
